THANK YOU! Without your help and patience then it would not have possible for me to undertake this challenge and complete the 2.4mile, 112 mile cycle and 26.2 mile run last weekend. I finished within the 17 hours cut-off and without any major ailments or dramas.

The mantra “Anything is Possible” has kept me going over the past 12 months. You just need a plan and a strong will to succeed.
